The accommodation is provided in a permitted dwelling under Law No. 7464; the listing page shows the permit number, the characteristics and capacity of the home, house rules, check-in/check-out times and the deposit, if any.

5. Performance and delivery

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation contracts that must be performed on a specific date or period. The BUYER acknowledges having received this information before the contract is concluded. Instead of a right of withdrawal, the cancellation terms below apply.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution
